The journey of this reportage, begins with the modern Panama City located on the shores of the Pacific Ocean. A dynamic city that grows in height thanks to its skyscrapers. A commercial city with big malls and one of the most important cities of Central America thanks to Panama Canal which together with Suez Canal represent the most important waterways in the world. But Panama is also history and culture represented by Panama Vjeca, the ancient Panama nowadays become the tourist pole of the city with theaters, shops and typical restaurants. The journey continues by train along the Canal to see the passage of the ships to the locks and Gatun Lake, home of many indian tribes like the Indios Embera, a proud people living on the shore of the lake in the forest. Lastly Colon, situated on the coast of Atlantic Ocean, the town that is businnes location of commercial agencies handling merchant ships and goods passing between the two Oceans and Portobello village, the ancient village of the first settlement settlers in the new lands of America.
