Sifnos island on Google Maps.
Sifnos is located in the western Cyclades archipelago which can be reached in a few hours by ferry from the port of Piraeus. Medium size it is small enough to enjoy relaxation and tranquility with sunbathing and diving in the crystal clear waters that surround the island but it is also large enough to be visited in 4/5 days renting a car or better still a scooter to visit the beautiful villages in the interior. Famous for its ceramics and gastronomy, there are also schools to learn how to cook the typical dishes of Greek cuisine, Sifnos is an ideal destination to spend a week of sunny tranquility away from the tourism that invades other island. A journey of nature, good food, friendliness and hospitality.
