Fair trade in the Apbosman agricultural cooperative in Mallarito, a small town near Piura in the north of Peru, has transformed over the years a whole community of producers improving both the products and especially the quality of life not only in the fields and at work but especially in school and in the family. A way of dealing with production that thanks to Fairtrtade allows to produce quality products with an intelligent and constructive environmental and social impact in defense of both the producer and the consumer.
